Maternity Wellness: Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby

Take a convenient online class to discover ways to stay healthy in both mind and body during pregnancy.

The first step to having a healthy baby is having a healthy pregnancy. You will discover a holistic approach to staying healthy in both mind and body before, during and after pregnancy.

Managing stress, building your support systems, fueling your body with healthy foods, and physical activity during pregnancy will be covered. You will also be invited to practice a guided meditation and create a realistic action plan to take steps toward staying healthy in both mind and body while pregnant.

Sustain with Employee Wellness

Join the Employee Wellness 3rd Quarter challenge – Sustain. The 6-week challenge will help you enhance your personal well-being, reduce your ecological footprint, and conserve natural resources to lessen impact on the planet.

This online challenge allows you to choose habits that promote more sustainable eating, reduce, reuse, and recycle, as well as deepen your connection with the natural world and advocate for the environment.
