Making Friends with the ADA
/Join DiverseAbility Employee Resource Group for a panel discussion celebrating the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The event, “Making Friends with the ADA,” is in partnership with the Office of Ethics, Compliance and Labor Standards, the Office of Equity and Racial Justice, and the County of San Diego Committee for Persons with Disabilities. It is open to all County employees and will be held on Teams from noon to 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 26.
Envision a world where people living with disabilities are proud of and recognized for their unique gifts and talents regardless of their abilities and hear how we all can be partners in expanding inclusion.
American Sign Language interpretation and live captioning will be provided. The session will be recorded and posted to InSite after the event.
