The Asian Pacific Alliance of County Employees recently placed in the 11th Annual San Diego International Dragon Boat Race in Mission Bay. APACE ERG Vice President Annamarie Hernandez, a social work supervisor with Aging & Independence Services, shared this pic of the team after the race.
