San Diego Sees White Christmas

It’s hard to believe, but sometimes parts of San Diego County have a white Christmas! Our road crews over at the Department of Public Works were keeping roads safe this past holiday up near Julian. Take a look at these photos of Sunrise Highway from Dec. 25 taken by some of our DPW staff.
